THOMAS ORENDORFF, CPA, founded the firm in 1980. Tom specializes in providing tax related services, including but not limited to Corporations, S-Corporations, Partnerships, Tax and Estate, Sole Proprietorships and Individual tax support. Tom also provides auditing and management advisory services.
Specific Experience:
- Partner-in-Charge of conducting research, developing individual and corporate tax plans, managing special projects.
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of Investment Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies, Small Businesses, High-Net-Worth individuals, Manufacturers and Retailers.
- Is known state-wide for his expertise in County Human Service State and Federal funding and for consulting with County's on compliance and maximization of funding.
- Has knowledge of complex Federal, State and local tax issues.
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of the investment and financial aspects of running and growing a business along with the design of strategic business plans.
- Provides and reviews single audits in accordance with OMB Circular A-133 and State Single Audit Guidelines.

Additionally, Tom served in the U.S. Army from 1967-1970. His training included OCS at Fort Belvoir, VA; Transportation Officer Training at Fort Eustis, VA; and JFK Special Warfare School at Fort Bragg, NC. Tom was stationed with the 101st Airborne Division at HUE, S. Viet Nam and was the Division Club Officer for 40 officers and EM clubs. Tom was responsible for acquisition of equipment, inventory and services of a $12 million annual budget.
